Events (Creative Escapes & Special Events)

We offer two types of in-person events, and transfer policies vary slightly depending on the type of session.

1. Creative Escape Sessions (The Shed Collective — 3 hour painting sessions)

These are our regular guided painting sessions.

  • All bookings are non-refundable
  • You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person at no charge

If you need to transfer to a future session:

  • 6 or more days before your event: no transfer fee
  • Within 5 days of the event: $15 transfer fee per person
  • No shows = no transfer

2. Special Events (e.g. High Tea, catered experiences, or themed events)

These events include additional elements such as pre-confirmed catering or venue minimum number requirements.

Because final numbers must be confirmed in advance, different terms apply:

  • All bookings are non-refundable

  • You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person at no charge

If you need to transfer to a future event:

  • 8 or more days before your event: full transfer credit (no fee)

  • Within 7 days of your event: $50 transfer fee per person

  • No shows = no transfer

Hand-painted Originals

Our original painted pieces are lovingly hand-painted, so slight variations and brushstrokes make each one truly one of a kind.
Because of the handmade nature of these products, small differences in paint details & colours are not considered imperfections, and refunds will not be issued for these reasons.

Digital downloads & Courses

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final on digital resources and no refunds will be given. If you are not sure about a product please ask questions prior to purchasing.
