Shipping policy

At Art with Mellie we offer digital downloads and courses, hand-painted artwork and printed products.

• Hand-painted original artwork - NZ shipping only or Auckland pickup.
  Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location but we aim to post promptly within 24-48 hours. All Bloom Boards & hand painted originals are shipped from our studio in Auckland, New Zealand. 
  
  Due to excessive international shipping costs from NZ, we don't often ship these internationally but can if requested.
  
  
• Digital downloads - Available online immediately.
  After checkout, look for the button to download your files on the confirmation screen. A download link will also be emailed to you. 
  
  
• Courses - Available online immediately.
  Using the email address you entered during checkout, you can either login to the MEMBERS AREA on our website or for quick regular access, download the TEVELLO app on your phone. Tevello is a free app available from both the Apple store and the Google play store and it allows you to access our courses directly from your phone in an app format.
  
  
• Prints (Art prints, journals, clothing, blankets) - Ship worldwide.
  Between 1 - 4 weeks for production & delivery. Remember ALL of our physical items are made to order to be more environmentally friendly.
  We have worldwide suppliers who print and ship these for us, so your items will be from your nearest available printer, possibly arriving in separate packages if you purchase more than one item. 
  

Tax & Import duties

If you are charged any custom duties or sales taxes for your order, these are non-refundable through Art with Mellie. We suggest you contact your local customs bureau directly to check if this applies to you.
